This week room 21 is learning about different countries in the northern and Southern Hemisphere. Today we are learning about France. Did you know that in France the money is called euros and the popularity is 68 million people and the French flag is red,white and blue.

It all starts from coming back to class from Kiwisport. Our teacher Mrs Carruthers said bonjour les enfants which means and also said bonjour les enfants means hello kids.  We all got some croissants, took a photo of it and then recorded about it and I did the same with my brie,baguette and blue vein.

I felt  really good eating the brie,baguette and felt sick With eating the  blue vein.

My trip to the sky tower.

This is my writing from today.

One Wednesday in the holidays my sister and my mum and me were so bored we couldn’t even come up with one idea that we were able to do then an idea flashed right to me and I said ‘maybe we can drumroll please go to the sky tower. I shouted excitedly’. She said ‘no it is too expensive to go to the sky tower and plus what would we do’ ‘we could explore the sky tower’ I said. Again she said no then she said’ go outside then I quickly went to my room and then I got my tablet went to the kitchen and quietly got some food and snuck out the back door I was going to the sky tower by myself quickly went inside and got her credit card to go on a taxi I payed the money to the taxi man and I said ‘sky tower please’. When I arrived I was so excited to go on the sky jump I payed to go on the sky jump it was so cool then I had some snacks again I paid the tax man and asked him ‘Home please’ I arrived home as quick as possible and said ‘thank you’ to the taxi man he said ‘not a problem’. I dashed back inside as quick as possible and my mum didn’t even realise I went to the sky tower by myself.

Dearest Mum, Isla and Dad thank you for your courage, love and more. Without you I would not be where I am today. Isla without you I would be really bored. Dad, thank you so much for encouraging me to do everything I can do today. Mum, thank you for making me lunch and giving me a house to live in, taking care of me when I’m sick or not feeling well.

Describing magic milk

Today me and my friends had done an experiment called magic milk. First I had to run over to pour the milk. Second Samson and I done an air high-five. After that he ran over to me to do the food colour. Third Benji did the same thing but the air high five. After zohaidah and Abbey done the same thing. Romeo dripped some dishwashing liquid we were all amazed. When the dishwashing liquidwent in it look disgusting green and yuck.

Once upon a time I was trying to hunt down a dragon egg. One day I did it was golden and scaly. It  hatched so I called it snipe. It had shiny  scales and big wings.

School Athletics
